Engaging yet slower paced, this class is fun and light-hearted vinyasa style, linking conscious breath and mindful movement through a series of poses. The class incorporates body awareness and posture alignment with a focus on breath-work for physical, mental & emotional health and balance.  You will be given options in many poses so that you feel challenged, yet supported, safe & successful. The practice results in increased strength, flexibility, balance, vitality and detoxification.  Students gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits and find joy in their practice.  Beginners and students of all levels are welcome.  No experience is necessary.
